Heather was a fantastic member of staff. We were lucky enough to employ her for our summer 2015 season. She was fantastic with clients who had nothing but praise for her. She was incredibly flexible and nothing was too much work. Heather dealt with every aspect of Chateau management from organising the cleaning team, arranging the laundry, compiling menus to suit specific dietary requirements and of course cooking and serving large groups of 20 guests at any one time. A true asset to have on board... I only hope we can manage to tempt her back again next summer!

I have to thank you both so very much for your amazing food on Saturday evening. Right from our initial chat, you were organised, calm and completely in control. Everyone has commented on the food and your organisational skills on Saturday evening, getting everything out at the same time, were fantastic. I have used 3 other people in the past for parties at home and I have to say that the two of you are just brilliant, streets ahead of the others. You made the evening so completely stress free for Anthony and I. A fantastic job guys.
